By accessing or using GameMinty, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are between 13 and the age of majority where you live, you represent that a parent or guardian has reviewed these terms with you.

GameMinty is a general-audience entertainment site and is not directed to children under 13.

3. Accounts & Conduct

• ▸ Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• ▸ Do not cheat, exploit bugs, automate score submission, harass others, or attempt unauthorized access.
• ▸ Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or abusive content in usernames, feedback, or messages.
• ▸ We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Games & Leaderboards

Games are provided for entertainment on an “as is” basis. Features, scores, and availability may change without notice. We may reset leaderboards or remove scores that appear fraudulent.

Registration is optional for casual play and required only if you want scores saved to public leaderboards.

5. Advertising

GameMinty may display third-party advertisements (including Google AdSense) after you consent to advertising cookies. Ads may link to external sites we do not control. Your interactions with advertisers are between you and those parties.

6. Intellectual Property

GameMinty branding, site design, and original game implementations we publish are protected by applicable IP laws. You may not scrape, redistribute, or commercially exploit our content without permission.

7. Disclaimers & Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GameMinty and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost scores, downtime, or third-party ad content.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.

8. Changes & Contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
